Date: Three week workshop - Wednesday May 8th, 22nd, & 29th

Time: 6:00pm to 8:00pm

Workshop Description: This is an art therapy workshop series that will focus on how art therapy and mindfulness techniques can be used to manage daily life stress. The first workshop will examine what is causing stress and how this is currently affecting your well-being, then the following two sessions will focus on creating a personalized stress management plan.

Intentions of this Workshop:

  • Identify causes of stress & your stress patterns

  • Learn creative stress relief techniques

  • Create a personalized stress management plan

Fee: $25 per session/$60 for the entire workshop
