Artful Stress Relief Workshop
This is a drop in group for anyone who is interested in learning how to use visual art and mindfulness practices for daily stress management. We will explore different creative stress relief techniques each week and how these can be utilized as daily practice in different environments (work, home, traveling, etc.).
This an on-going drop in group that happens every Sunday from 1-3 pm.
Intentions of this group:
-Explore creative and mindful stress relief techniques, which can be used at home or while we are on the go!
-Learn how to check in with your body/mind to recognize how stress shows up for you
-Become aware of different kinds of stress (healthy vs unhealthy)
Fee: $40 per session
No. of participants: 8 maximum
