Art Wellness Workshops

Our Art Wellness Workshops focus on providing a safe space for individuals to explore how artistic processes can enhance one’s well-being in a holistic way. We offer Art Wellness Workshops on specific themes (i.e. stress relief, self care, flow & productivity, etc.) or customization workshops by request. 

Disclaimer: Our art wellness workshops are not therapy.  

Cost for 2 hour workshop is $45.00 per person, which includes all art supplies.

Cost of half Day workshop (4 hours) is $95.00 per person, which includes art supplies & lunch. 

All funds from the Art Wellness Workshops goes toward funding art therapy (mental health) programs for those who cannot afford it!

The Self Care Art Wellness Workshop is open to anyone who is curious about learning more self care strategies through self exploration and creativity. No previous art making experience is required, as the focus of the workshop is on experimentation and what we can learn through the art making process. All art materials will be provided!

The Stress Relief Art Wellness Workshop is open to anyone who is looking to explore how art making can help identity what causes stress, and how it can be used to decrease stress. No previous art making experience is required, as the focus of the workshop is on experimentation and what we can learn through the art making process. All art materials will be provided!

Compassion Fatigue Art Wellness Workshop

The Compassion Fatigue Art Wellness Workshop is open to care givers in any setting, who are striving to develop a better work life balance and prevent compassion fatigue. No previous art making experience is required, as the focus of the workshop is on experimentation and what we can learn through the art making process. All art materials will be provided!
