Finding your Flow

“Finding your flow,” is an ongoing art therapy workshop, which explores how to find flow in daily activities and encounters, even including the ones we usually label as unpleasant. Flow states are explained as when we feel enjoyment, creativity/opportunity for personal growth, and engagement in the experience. We will explore the concept of flow through a combination of mindfulness & art therapy activities each week. This group is open to anyone over the age of 16 years old and requires no prior art making experience!
