Prioritizing Self Care

This group will explore our current relationship with self-care and how we can deepen our commitment to grow our self-care practice, and how to construct a plan that will work in your everyday life and become a self-sustainable practice. Participants will be guided by trained art therapists to develop self-care & stress relief strategies to implement in their lives, through a combination of: art therapy, mindfulness, and reflective journaling exercises. They is a beginner level workshop, so there is no expectation that participants must have any prior experience with visual arts, art therapy, or mindfulness.
